Scott Morrison is the President and Chief Investment Officer of BRAVE, having joined the firm in 2016 as a partner. He holds a B.A. in Economics and Mathematics from Bennington College. Scott’s career in finance began in the equity research department of Goldman Sachs, followed by roles in equity research and portfolio management at Tiverton Trading, Morgan Stanley, Donaldson, Lufkin & Jenrette, and Credit Suisse-First Boston. In 2003, Scott launched a global macro hedge fund, which he successfully managed for 12 years.

Beyond his work at BRAVE, Scott is deeply involved in his local community of Little Compton, RI, where he has held various appointed and elected positions over the last decade. He also serves on the boards of several non-profit organizations, including the Brownell Library and the Sakonnet Point Club.

An avid boater, fisherman, and traveler, Scott enjoys spending time with his three adult children. He is based in BRAVE’s Tiverton office and frequently travels to Summit, NJ.
