Dave co-founded BRAVE Family Advisors in 1992.

After graduating from Amherst College with a B.A. in Religion and Philosophy, Dave joined First Boston in the Government Bond Department, rising to the position of department manager as well as head of the firm’s fixed-income proprietary trading unit.

A longtime resident of Summit, Dave has been involved in many community and charitable organizations. He served as Treasurer of Christ Church in Summit and was a member of the New Jersey SEEDS Corporate Advisory Board, the Board of Trustees of the Children’s Specialized Hospital Foundation, and the Board of the New York Theological Seminary, for which he also served as Treasurer.

Outside of business and community pursuits, Dave spends quality time with his wife Barbara and their two children and two grandchildren, and on his long-time interests in golf, baseball, and American history.
